We treat location photography the same as studio. Most considerations are the same. Styling, lighting etc. Usually you're relying on adapting what you're doing to the situations you and your art director have put yourselves in. Its fun, varied and always a challenge. My years of experience has taken me on location shoots all over the world. I have shot for the RNLI all over the UK including Kirkwall in the lovely Island of Orknay where we needed large generators and powerfull flash lights to light group portraits of crews with their boats. Also I have shot in Sri Lanka , Bali, Canada and America for Animal UK. The logistics are often tricky but with a good team anything is possible.
